Rory has worked on executive and employee share plans for around 20 years. He is a qualified solicitor and, prior to joining FIT, was a partner at New Bridge Street Consultants and at Pinsent Masons.
He advises UK and multinational companies in the design and implementation of all forms of executive and employee share plans and on related aspects of remuneration policy.
Darrell has been an executive remuneration consultant since 1997 and was previously a consultant at New Bridge Street Consultants and PwC.
He has considerable experience of advising companies on the remuneration packages of their senior executives and on the design of their incentive arrangements. Darrell has extensive modelling and financial skills.
Matt has considerable experience of advising on all aspects of senior executive remuneration strategy, design, implementation, investor consultation and governance. Prior to joining FIT in July 2016, Matt was a partner at New Bridge Street where he was appointed advisor to circa 35 FTSE 350, SmallCap and AIM listed company Remuneration Committees. Matt originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC within the business assurance and forensic accounting teams.
John is the Managing and Founder Partner of FIT, having previously been Managing Partner of New Bridge Street Consultants. He has advised in the area of executive remuneration for over 20 years having qualified as a Solicitor, a New York Attorney and as a Chartered Tax Advisor. He was also a founder member of the Remuneration Consultants Group and co-author of its code of conduct.
John’s experience has included designing the first long-term incentive plan operated by a major co-operative; assisting with numerous IPOs; working with private equity backed and family owned companies to design incentives tailored to their strategy and designing all aspects of a company's remuneration strategy.
Sahul is an advisor to Remuneration Committees across the FTSE All Share and AIM and has assisted with numerous IPOs in recent years. Prior to joining FIT, Sahul was at Aon New Bridge Street for 13 years where he was the lead advisor to around 30 Remuneration Committees. Sahul specialises in the design of tailored remuneration structures, combining strong financial and analytical skills with a deep understanding of shareholders’ views.
Sahul is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
Iain has almost 10 years’ experience in of advising on all aspects of senior executive remuneration. Prior to joining FIT in September 2016, Iain was a consultant at New Bridge Street and originally qualified as a Chartered Accountant at EY. Iain has been a remuneration committee adviser for c. 20 FTSE 350 and Small Cap companies.
Katharine has over 30 years’ experience working in the field of executive pay gained first in industrial relations and pay research and later in industry. Prior to joining FIT in 2015, Katharine led the EMEA Executive Compensation consulting team at Towers Watson.
She advises boards and management teams across a range of sectors on the development of pay principles, incentive design, corporate governance, pay management, stakeholder management and communications.
Matthew has over 18 years’ experience advising companies in relation to incentive plan design, drafting and operation (including global plans extending to 70 countries).
He is a qualified Solicitor and, prior to joining FIT, was a partner at Aon and led its incentives implementation team. Matthew brings practical advice and solutions to help clients navigate all stages of an incentive award’s life cycle.
